Had leak in roof called James for urgent repair as he had quoted for another job felt sure he would be able to fix leak for me, said he had fixed leak but a few days later the leak was back so called him out again, it turns out that he did not fix the leak on first visit as he said he did, their were there holes at top of vent in roof were water was pouring in when raining as before. James charged me 400.00 pounds for 40 min job and did not even fix holes just put sheet over and held it down with tiles did not attempt to fix it. still i suppose he had already been paid so did not matter that the roof was still leaking. shame on him for over charging and not doing a proper job. however he has lost just nearly 2,000 in work which he quoted for, could not trust him again.
