Scott called me straight away, and was able to arrive in under an hour. He located the problem that had confounded a previous plumber, in about 5 minutes. He fixed it within 20 and a worrying leak was dealt with efficiently and courteously. He deserves to do well, and was always quick to communicate the issues and how we would deal with them. Scott expressed an interest in my job within 10 minutes of my posting and called soon after to discuss the problem ( a broken shower) and how it had been caused. He was able to fit a replacement showerb the next day and even went to a local DIY store and bought a part the manufacturer had failed to include in the pre-packed new shower.

Throughout he was friendly, approachable and professional, and the job was completed quickly and to an excellent standard. I will definitely be calling on Scott again whenever I have a plumbing problem.

Scott came to site on time, shown him the problem and where the manholes were. He found the problem immediately on the opening of the 1st manhole which was blocked. This one he cleared right away and opened other manholes to make sure they weren't blocked. He did all the work just over one hour but charged me only the quoted the hourly charge.

Scott did a first rate job. Turned up when he said he would, did a really neat and tidy job fitting the shower. It looks fantastic. Because there was alack of sealant round the shower/bath he investigated to see if there had been any leaks. Spotted a problem with the floor under the bath. Offered a solution...did not emphasise the problem. Needed to come back to put some sealant round the shower. He could not do it then because he had another job (not surprised he is excellent). Arranged to come today, again turned up when he said he would. Has done an amazing job with the sealant and he has done a short term fix with the bath, because I discussed the need for a new bathroom suite. He told me to do some research before he came today on bathroom.suites, which I did. He was unbelievably helpful with suggestions, explaining everything really clearly e.g. explaining what I can have and what might be problematic, made suggestions about what else I should look at. I am definitely going to use him.to do all of my bathroom, I just need to do some more research! I could not recommend him highly enough... My only fear is he is so fantastic he will get too busy to do my jobs.... Scott came to repair a leaking toilet cistern on sat afternoon. The job proved trickier than originally thought because a number of issues were identified caused by the original installer. Job required 2 visits as we needed to order parts. Excellent communication via mybuider.com, positive manner, came on time, dealt with the problem and completed job in a timely manner. Scott was happy to travel to Cheltenham. Would definitely recommend and as he seems to be able to do lots of different jobs/have access to other tradesmen, I will try and use him again.

I am really happy with the work Scott’s done for me over the past couple of days. He was so friendly and made me feel at ease straight away: when you’re a woman on your own I think that’s especially important. I had a whole list of jobs which needed doing (some of which I really shouldn’t have left for so long and so had caused more problems - my bad) but Scott waded (not literally!) through them all and also explained everything to me - what was wrong, how he’d fix it, how something worked after it was fixed, how to avoid problems reoccurring etc., which I found really helpful. I would 100% recommend Scott to anyone.

A good job. John did a great shower install and bath reseal. Communication could have been better as I thought it had been booked the day before and initial invoice was for the wrong amount. On the day though John arrived when he said he would and did a quality job, so I am pleased and the invoice error was fixed. I would highly recommend sos247 services. They responded really quickly to my post about my leaking bathtub and came round the next day. They were very polite and professional. They found a number of issues straight away which previous plumbers had not picked up on and they were able to fix the issue that day. The price was also very reasonable. I would definitely use them again.

I can highly recommend Scott Leonard (plumber and business owner) and his business partner John Loveday as being the only professionals who managed to cure the sewage smell mystery in my plumbing. They did this using their imaginations, experience and professionalism. They investigated the problem thoroughly, explored the possibilities of cause, thought 'outside the box', and came up with an elegant solution.
They were polite and courteous, efficient, neat and tidy and reasonably priced.

Scott came promptly but was unfortunately unable to do the repair as hoped due to the way my previous plumber had fitted the toilet. However, he was able to find me a different spare part on eBay which I ordered. Scott only charged me a cancellation fee rather than the full hourly rate which I thought was very generous. Due to his help I was able to fit the alternative spare part myself and the toilet is now fixed. I would definitely recommend Scott - very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful.

Scott replied to my job request very promptly and booked an appointment within a couple of hours for the next afternoon as I was not available before then. He arrived a few minutes later than originally said but he did text to notify me which was very good. When he arrived he was exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly and made a quick assessment of the work needed. No question was a silly question and he also suggested options for future replacement of boilers and rads but was certainly not pushy one bit! He completed my job efficiently and actually was here for almost an hour an a half but only charged for one hour which was extremely fair indeed. Would full heartedly recommend Scott 100% and use him in the future for any further work required.

It was his partner John who came to do the repairs very professional and explained what was needed for each job.
Had to go away to get parts and did not charge for this time.
Very pleased with the work, took 3 hours would have taken me most likely two weekends - so worth the money.

Slightly on the expensive side but that was very clear when booking and they came really quickly which is what you pay a bit extra for. They didn't charge for any time that wasn't spent working, very friendly and professional, good communication and got the job done in the end although it was a little more complicated than we first thought.

Very professional, efficient and competent.
Used an endoscope to look for our leak which meant less disruption and speedy disgnosis.
Very reasonable charges.
I would highly recommend.
