I started up SK-tec Ltd in 2009, providing small and large residential extensions, new bespoke houses up to large development for prestige house builders. I work on an agreed fixed fee with no hidden extras as everyone has a budget. I have been designing for over 30 years working for Architectural practices and prestige house builders.
