    Simon and team put drainage in areas of block paving that was flooding everytime it rained. He came and quoted for the job. Came when he said he would. Kept me up to date with progress. And came the next day to finish off. Charge my exactly what was agreed. Nice genuine guy. Already planning to use Simon for other jobs that need doing. Highly recommended

Overall great communication which made all the difference. Simon and lads did few extra tasks cutting down over hanging tree. I would highly recommend honest, polite and a hard working team.

    Situation:
    I'm struggling with amount of work and allergies I have, so my garden is hard to attend to when living on my own.
    Plan: Remove last year dead plants and revamp garden/Indian Stone pathing.

    Simon Odonnell came over, I explained the situation, He and I went through the garden and we pointed out what to be done and save the new born plants + making sure some to be cutback and some saved(acers/Roses).

    Issue/Outcome:
    I'm working 7days with one day off rolling onto another 7day work, so he Kindly worked on a Saturday to get the job done even though I'm working.

    Final Review:
    I Fully Trust Simon+ Home Or Away from my home situation, Job done fantastically. When I got home it was really uplifting to see how much was done. He was easy to talk to, when you ask what you wanted doing to the garden and he was very specific, plus gave suggestions I didn't think of.

He was very clear with costs and the time frame and stuck to both with great satisfaction! We honestly can’t believe how he transformed our garden into exactly what we wanted within 2 days! All whilst being tremendously friendly and making us feel at ease! We honestly couldn't recommend them highly enough! We will post before and after pics once the grass has bonded and been mowed to show the amazing transformation!! FYI Martin likes his his coffee with 2 sugars! Lovely people!

    I hired Simon to clear up my front garden , replant some rose bushes from the front to the back garden . And lay down a turf . Simon didn't do any of these things . He chopped my very expensive rose bushes and planted the top part , to show that he had done it . He took 10 pounds to buy weed killer , which he never did . He told me he has turned the soil over , and put the week killer and will come back in few days to lay down the turf , and I should pay him 70percent of the total price. This person is very dishonest , and even destroys property . He distroyed these roses which had a market value of about 500 pounds .

    We have had serious problems with the work carried out. We contacted Unique Property who promised to call,which they did not and have since refused our calls and ignored our email. Do not use these people!!

    Hi, I found Simon and his colleagues polite and conscientious workers, they wanted to please me with the job and get everything right. A few of my friends thought it expensive, but I didn't try to knock the price down as I personally thought it fair. I feel Simon did everything to the letter and if I had asked I am sure he would have gone that extra mile. On the whole I am very pleased with my new patio and felt the job was completed to a high professional standard. Thank you to Simon, and his collegues, one of which was a professional excellent patio layer having done this job for 27 years and knew what he was doing. I also appreciate it wasn't an easy job to tackle, giving the nature of my garden. Paula

    Really pleased with the job from quote to finish. Simon turned up right on time for the quote and was honest and constructive with his advice. Excellent communication throughout keeping us in the loop, quoted us on Monday, ordered the materials on Tuesday, his guys started on Wednesday, finished on Saturday. Upon completion Simon inspected the garden for us and asked the guys to tidy up some areas he wasn't happy with. We will be using Unique Property Improvements in the near future without a doubt and recommend them to others. Thanks for turning our swamp into a beautiful garden we can now use and build on.

    Sadly I can't recommend this company. I hired them to fix the grouting on my patio, but the cement only lasted 5 days! yes 5 days only. I eventually got hold of Simon, who came to see the problem, agreed it was a problem, but then never turned up to fix it. Tried to contact him - no luck. NOT recommended. A total waste of money.

    I tryed to explain to the customer that there was loose slabs All over her property which would cause the pointing to come loose but she did not want to fix this problem that's why the pointing did not last

    Simon and his team did this job exactly as we'd worked it out between us, and completed it in very good time; I would certainly ask him about other work on my property if any came up.

    Simon turned up on time having previously provided a quote for the work. He replaced and repaired several tiles on the roof. The quality of work was good. The job was done on time and within the price agreed.

    4 panels from our fence needed replacement. We also had a laurel tree that needed severe trimming (Simon cut about 6 feet off of it.) He arrived on time, in fact he was a bit early and worked diligently until it was done despite there being a bit of rain/drizzle. He worked cleanly and took away the broken fence and tree cuttings. He charged exactly what he estimated. We felt it was a fair price. He was pleasant and polite. We will use him again.
