About Shorplans RIBA

Shorplans was established in 2010. We provides informed honest and realistic advice together with a comprehensive first class drawing service.

We have over 20 years experience working in the residential sector, having worked for busy private practices and multinational consulting firms across London. Shorplans provides a full range of services tailored to your needs from; Planning, Building Control, Structural Design, Party Wall, Interior Design, 3D Modelling & Construction.

Planning and Building Regulations legislation is constantly changing and we ensure we are up to date with the latest releases, so that applications submitted are accurate and conform to the current standards. We are familiar with all the latest Code for Sustainable Homes legislation and the sustainable technology that now forms an integrated part of any project from extensions to new housing developments.

Shorplans use a CAD system ensuring quality drawings can be produced cost effectively. We are often praised on the clarity and presentation of our drawings and documentation.

We have now expanded into Design & Build in order to work on your scheme from start to finish.
