Communication with him was very prompt & he gave a quote after seeing photos of the waste to be cleared I had sent him. Luke arrived on time for his appointment & completed the job very efficiently. Luke is a real godsend. My renovation project has been delayed a few times and Luke was highly flexible, even when I booked him for a specific day and didn't have all the refuse I anticipated. He offers a broader selection of prices per load, and I had a last-minute request for a bit of a loft clearance. I had an excess of building materials left from a previous owner, and it wasn't in the greatest of states but Luke and his colleague came and handled what was a pretty nasty and sooty job. Again, he was incredibly reasonable with his prices and was such a great help. I have another waste removal request when my bathroom is refurbed and I will most definitely call Luke back for the job.
