About Shane Rowe-wills construction

Sole trader been sub contracting to large groundwork and house building companies for last five years. Constructing roads and drainage also footways with laying of cables/ kerbs/adoptable drainage/tree pits/ retaining banks and all types of surfacing finishes. On the house building side I have been digging and laying footings/ block and beaming/ hard landscaping /laying domestic drainage /aco's and soakaways/block paving/ patios /fencing and many more tasks undertaken.
Also work for a local building firm undertaking local authorities housing stock repairs and maintenance previously before becoming a sole trader.
