About Seymour Building Services

We have had many years experience in the contracting industry.
Almost a year ago we gathered together a team of us who have worked together in our own trades for 10-20 years.
We created a single company Seymour Building Services, to undertake the complete project.
So far we have a number of smaller projects completed, a large whole house refurb/redevelopment in Dulwich completed and a large extension in Eltham up to roof level at present.

Qualifications

Our electricians are fully qualified including testing & inspecting.
The heating engineers are fully Gas Safe etc.
The carpenters, ground workers, brick layers and decorators are all well time served!

    I bought a pretty much derelict house and got a few a few builders to come round and quote for a full refurbishment and they all just rubbed their hands together and saw the potential money. Kenny turned up and was more interested in helping me organise what exactly I needed doing than seeing how much he could charge me. His team did everything from installing the central heating system to removing internal walls, putting up new plasterboard and plastering on top, putting in new doors and frames, installing a new kitchen, installing a new bathroom and wiring up the whole house. The bathroom is the pièce de résistance, I designed it and they brought it to life. I work with some architects and when they saw it they were very impressed. Because of a financial limit I had to be careful of how much work I gave them and left all the final decorating to me.
    Kenny and his team were brilliant, they were good fun to have on site and kept everything running as smoothly as possible seeing as I had to live there too. Each part of their team is excellent at their job and it all comes together very well. I will get him back when I need any more work doing.
