Crossgates Construction is owned and managed by Sean Rodgers and Marc Pryke, we are a small family run business with highly qualified and skilled tradespeople. We will take on any job from a door lock to new builds, extensions kitchen fitting etc etc, internally or externally. I am a time served City and Guilds joiner/carpenter (advanced craft). i have been self employed for over 20 years with vast knowledge of the building industry/shopfitting. I have worked on refurbishing Costa Coffee outlets, Co-Op food stores, Sainsburys for the last five years. I also totally refurbished Indulge Beauty Salon in Crossgates, Leeds and total fit out of Open Lifestyle clothing store in Leeds city centre. I am very professional in everthing I do and work to extremely high standards.

    Mr Rodgers helped my business get started. I purchased a property that was an old, tired housing agency office and didn't realise how bad things were until I actually had numerous builders in to highlight the problems (damp, exposure to water getting in, ceilings ready to fall down, the list goes on). After silly quotes coming in from every tradesman, I was relieved to see a quote from Mr Rodgers with a full detailed breakdown list of what exactly needed doing. As promised he was there every day to see the job was done as quickly as possible and set a high standard of quality that I am over the moon with. The building is now a successful salon and looks outstanding, all for a fantastic budget. I would highly recommend Mr Rodgers to anybody wanting a good, honest, reliable joiner/builder.
