About SAH Construction

My company is SAH Construction. I am fully insured and all my work is guaranteed. I am a proud member of the Guild Of Master Craftsmen. During my time in the building trade I have worked on all kinds of building and construction projects in and around Lancashire and Yorkshire. I've worked on many domestic sites in towns and cities building new houses, also extensions on existing properties to barn and farm building conversions in the country side. From industrial units to erection of farm buildings. I have a wide knowledge of the building trade due to many years in the trade. As well as being a bricklayer I have done many plastering works from house renovations to dry lining and plastering industrial units. I have skills in ground works from digging footings and concreting them to preparing slab floors and finishing them. I also have done many flagging projects from driveways to patios. During my time in the building trade I have also mastered the art of roofing, from small repairs to full re roofs, also gaining skills in lead work. Photos availble for all my work.     Stuart and his team have done an excellent job replacing old pebbledash with KRend. Communication has also been excellent throughout the duration of the work which was completed within a week. From the initial quote, the work started promptly and was finished to a high standard. Stuart is friendly and polite and he ensured that the area was left tidy on completion.
    Would highly recommend.

    I asked Stuart to do various jobs on my property to get it ready to plaster. This includes moving door frames around, building door frames, self levelling a kitchen floor, putting an electric fire place into the chimney breast, stripping the wall paper, bonding and plastering parts of the house, boarding ceilings and walls, filling in fire places, getting rid of my shed, installing new loft hatch and ladders, putting insulation into the loft and repairing roof

    Stuart is a very polite guy and he does what you ask and pay for. He is trust worthy and can give good advice on majority of things to do with building as his knowledge is great. All the job were completed to a good standard and he wasn't bothered about me adding to the long list of jobs I gave him. He quoted a fair price for all works and delivered in a quick time frame. Communication is good and always replies to texts or phone calls within an acceptable time frame unlike alot of tradesman.
