In the end I decided to have the carpet replaced but then Covid-19 arrived and so everything was put on hold for 18 months.

Nick and his colleague Steve came today [16 June 2021] to fit the new carpet and they did a brilliant job. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They are both charming gentlemen and very helpful in getting some heavy furniture back into the room once they had finished.

They arrived very promptly at 9.a.m. and left everything tidy and vacuumed up. The spare carpet was rolled up neatly and the offcuts put into bin liners to be dispose of. When I need my next carpet fitting, I shall use Roseland Carpets.

From the initial enquiry right through until the work was completed, I can't fault Nicholas for his professional and competent work. He fitted vinyl in my entrance hallway and carpet on the stairs and upstairs landing. He was really helpful and thorough in advising me of the flooring he thought best in these areas. His quote was really competitive. When he came to carry out the work, he arrived bang on time and got cracking on straight away. The end job was absolutely perfect. I am delighted with it. I can't fault him at all and would highly recommend him to anyone else I know who needs flooring to be done.

My moving date was brought forward so I needed carpet and flooring throughout the house urgently and I had very little experience in this. However after speaking with Nick, his calm and helpful approach made everything seem manageable. He met up with me in Falmouth and helped me choose my carpet and flooring and helped to work out the best quality to fit with my budget and was able to carry out the works straight away .
