We have just recently moved into the property and the soffits, fascias, guttering/downpipes were in poor/dirty condition. The guttering at the back of the house had been leaking badly due a blockage for what appears to be have been a long time.

Richard gave us a fantastic quote. He replaced all soffits and fascia's and discovered broken rubble/cement behind the old fascia boards and removed all of this from the back, side and front. All the guttering/downpipes on the upper and lower floors were also replaced.

Richard also repaired our roof by replacing missing tiles with new ones.

Richard worked hard on his own for 4 days doing this for us in very hot conditions, and he was very punctual regarding time.

All the replacement white guttering, soffits and fascia's look fantastic and have been finished to an excellent and professional standard.

I could not be more pleased, this was my first major renovation job on my new home. Most definitely recommended. Thank you so much for the excellent work Richard, it was great to meet you.

Really please with the finished job. There was a delay with Richard’s contractor, but not his fault. He and his workmate had an excellent work ethic, indeed it was a job to get them to take a short coffee break. I would recommend them.

I got several quotes for the work on my property. I selected Richard from Roofline Specialists for his honest persona, experience & reserved confidence. I liked Richard's proposed actions and approach to achieve what I was after and we agreed in advance how any additional work would be calculated should the need arise once the scaffolding was up & we could see the full scope of the job.

Some of the work we wanted done was outside of Rooflines usual scope but Richard was very helpful and accommodating on this, coordinating & teaming up with Norris Installations for this part of the job.

Richard arrived as promised on the date that had been agreed many weeks before. He was reliable, turned up and worked hard every day & always took the time to show me the issues and explain what he was doing and why. Both he and the guys from Norris Installations worked diligently, were flexible & put the hours in to get the job done. As we suspected there was some additional work required but this was discussed and agreed before going ahead, the pricing policy for the extra work was very fair and good value for money.

In essence, they are trusted, experienced and genuine tradesmen with a great work ethic & high quality finish. I am really pleased with the result of the work and cant recommend Roofline Specialists and Norris Installations enough.

Richard recently installed insulation boards and upvc cladding to the front of our house, removing the rotten timber that was already there and replacing it with new insulation and cladding.
I had confidence that Richard would do a fabulous job from when he first came to quote, as his professionalism and experience really showed. His communication was great, keeping me fully up to date on when he could come and do the job and on the day of the work he was punctual and kept me informed throughout the day on what he was doing.
The job was finished to a really high standard, no mess left behind. Richard kindly put up a number sign for me on the new cladding too. It all looks lovely and a huge improvement.
I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Richard and have already passed his details on to some neighbours and local friends.

We are very pleased indeed with Richards work that he did for us. This amounted to replacing all the guttering, fascia's and soffits on all four sides of the house. He and Tyler, his helper, did a good days work. They took a day or two longer than originally planned due to unexpected problems with rotten timber in three or four different places,which obviously couldn't have been foreseen. We agreed on a price for the extra work which we were more than happy with. The end result, as I said, was superb. Richard really does lovely work, and nothing was to much trouble. We nearly ran out of coffee on a couple of occasions, but that was soon remedied. I would genuinely recommend him to anyone.

We had full replacement of guttering, soffit and fascia on our house, the work was carried out efficiently and to a high standard, even when a problem came up that required more work and materials Richard was able give me a quote for the extra work and came back the next day to complete it, would definitely recommend very happy with the work carried out.

Richard is a 1st class tradesman. His workmanship is top quality and he's one of the very few tradesman I've met and engaged to do work, who is totally customer focused. Richard and his business partner, Daryl, are excellent and most accommodating. They are very friendly, honest and flexible (our job had access constraints) but they take everything in their stride and deliver a first class product that makes our neighbours’ recently ‘clad’ fascias look like a Ford versus a Rolls Royce!
We have a 20 year guarantee, but our fascias will last double that.
