    Horrible service! They don’t take any responsibility after being paid. Their group is called James builder direct. There are 3 people doing the job James, Patrick and roger. They gradually take your money little by little by telling one problem after another. They are bunch of lier and no experience at all. I hired them to do a small job and end up paying them £1000. They made up the problems and slowly take clients money. They asked me to change whole new gutter, now whenever it rains, water come from the gutter even into our room from 4 places and it is worse than before. We never had that issue with our old gutter, only pouring water from the ending of the gutter because the cover is missing but water didn’t come to our rooms . I recently put wall insulation and it all damaged now. They said their work is 10 years warranty. When I told them the problem 1 week after they done the job, they asked me £500 to pay them again after spending £1000 for that. They threatened me that if I leave a bad review they will take down our gutter , can you believe ! I am distressed whenever it rains by looking water everywhere in my room after spending £1000. I don’t want anyone to suffer same bad experience like me. I am regret that I did it. I asked them for invoice and they never give me the invoice. I m now filing this case with citizenship beau. Please don’t hire this group! You will regret 110%.

    I'm very pleased with Roger's work. He arrived punctually at the appointed time and carried out my repointing as per my requirements. He kindly pointed out portions of my brickwork that also needed attention whilst he was up the ladder and generously did those as well at no extra cost.

    Roger replied quickly to my initial post, came promptly to assess and price the job, agreed a very reasonable price and returned as arranged to complete the job all within a day or two of posting on mybuilder.com!

    Down to earth, very pleasant guys. They worked in a tidy, efficient way, clearly knew their stuff and completed the job competently. They took all rubbish and left the area nice and tidy too!

    I wouldn’t hesitate to ask them back and will keep them in mind should I need anything doing in the future!

    Roger and Richard turned up when they said they would, even coming in on Sunday to complete the job due to heavy rain on the Saturday. Their repointing work was done to a high standard, and they identified some other issues like cracks and holes that would have been missed, and might have caused problems in future. They were both polite and professional, tidying up afterwards. I would use them again.

    The guys at Capital Landscaping were really friendly and professional. They did a fantastic job of replacing my garden fencing after it was damaged/blown over by high wind. They also did a great job of tearing down and clearing away my old, woodworm-ridden shed. They discovered a few extra things that needed doing (after the initial quote) and were happy to add them to the list, even though it meant more work at my property and delayed other jobs. Overall I would highly recommend Capital Landscaping.

    What a lovely pair of landscapers. Came out as promised, quoted / discussed the job first.

    Did a nice job fixing up my very over grown garden - everything from putting up fences to pressure washing slabs and laying artificial grass done. Although a bit over my initial budget I can say it was worthwhile, they worked hard to get everything I wanted done and in a very short timeframe! I would recommend and definitely use again in the future...Excellent customer service, always available to take calls and talk through concerns, thank you capital landscaping. Until the next job :-)

    Two of the nicest guys you could wish to meet got on with the job upon arrival never stopped other than to tell us what they were doing we asked them to check out more work for us to which they advised us of our options we were never put under pressure to have the extra work done but they happily obliged at reasonable cost to myself in fact they are coming back at a later date to do more for us overall very happy

They were polite and very professional; cleaned up after themselves and took away the old fencing too. Straight speaking and honest.     The correct depth for a Electric Cable is 24 inches your cable was less then 5 inches under the concrete and also the fencing I finished for u I showed u a photo of the way the fence wood look before I started and u told me u we’re happy for me to continue the work and I am sorry about the cable but mistake do happen but I sent my electrician to come back the very next day to fix the cable and all of my work comes with a 10 year guarantee and I’ve been using this type of fencing with over 15 years and I have never had a problem with it regards

    I can't recommend these guys enough. Michael was extremely helpful, quoted quickly and from there it was straightforward. The job was completed in under 24 hours from the quote.
    Roger, who did the work was great, very professional and when the job turned out to be big bigger than expected half way through, didn't charge extortionate extras.
    Standard of work was excellent too.
