The team is fully qualified and certified in the field, in line with the expected Building Standards Regulations.

The Director is acting as Project Lead and has in excess of 20 years experience in the field. He is always on site and working alongside the team and provides regular updates on the progress of work to the clients.

The Projects are never sub-contracted to a 3rd party and we never manage projects simultaneously. We fully focus on one project at the time and this is why all our projects are being completed within the timeframe we’re indicating at the contracting stage to the great satisfaction of our clients.

We are sourcing the building materials from our trade suppliers at trade prices which we pass on to our clients as savings. We are also happy to pass on the trade discounts to the clients should they need to purchase Kitchen units, Bathroom Suites, Windows & Doors, Flooring, Lighting.

There is no fee for Estimates or site visits. The Estimates that become Quotations are detailing the specs of works, what materials are included and sourced by us, what needs to be sourced by the client and at what stage (ie. Kitchen Units, Bathroom Suites etc). We are transparent on costs from the start and should we envisage that there might be some challenges that can bring Extras, we advise that along with possible scenarios so our clients can budget accordingly and they have no hidden costs.

Payment Policy – no upfront payments or deposits are being taken. The payments are phased in instalments for the duration of the works and the amounts reflect the investment in materials and labour so at all given times, both parties feel comfortable. The Completion payment instalment is being held by the clients until they are in receipt of Completion Certificate from Planning and Building Control - should there be an Extension/Conversion - or until the works are absolutely fully completed.

Should a client like to see the quality of our finished projects, we are happy to facilitate an introduction to our previous customers for which we completed a similar project and organise a site visit, subject that we reach to an agreement in principle and is just the last step to contracting stage.
