    Brilliant service. Called themselves within a few minutes of enquiry, came ASAP to fix the leak. Highly recommended.

  • Hansgrohe pull out tap installation

    Riv came round the next morning to provide a quote. during the quote stage, he’d secured the tap onto the worktop in seconds - a job that our main plumber (who installed both bathrooms, waste pipes for utility and kitchen sinks) told us was too fiddly due to lack of space between the worktop and cabinet. I was impressed Riv eagerness to help and solve the minor issues.

    The tap installation was no trouble either despite Riv spending hours locating a part required for narrower taps. His quote was very reasonable as it was only going to take an hour to install. Therefore I suspect a lot cheaper than our main plumber who had not got round to installing yet. the rest of the kitchen had been functioning for 3 weeks as it was supposedly a tricky tap to fit due to magnets for the pull out pipe. Wasn’t an issue for Riv!
