Let's be honest - knowing who to trust when you have potentially stressful building work that needs to be completed is really hard. We met so many people about our damp subfloor problem but none of them compared to Ross. I was so impressed by his calm and professional manner and the extent of his knowledge. It's tricky when you know nothing about an issue and you're at the mercy of a tradesman to be upfront and honest. I struggle to trust people in this situation, but I felt immediately at ease with Ross. His can-do attitude, his calm demeanour and his strategic way of tackling the problem was so reassuring after days of seeing people who left me feeling unsure. He stood out, head and shoulders above the crowd, and I'm happy to say that he totally delivered! He turned up on time and completed all the work to the budget, talking us through each step and reassuring us that digging out the concrete at the back of the house wasn't a big deal - at least not to him! When we felt nervous, we found great comfort in his quietly confident manner. He runs a tight ship and everyone that works for him seemed polite, hardworking and nice to have around the house. We were so impressed, we actually went on to hire Ross and his team to renovate our whole house, and he's been absolutely superb.
