    just like to say how impressed we were with the work done by John Owen. He came to see the job, turned up as promised (which we like) arranged to do job on Friday morning. Again arrived on time, did a very good job, cleared away all debris with no fuss. Already recommended them to my nephew. So I will be in touch again when we need any further work. Have been waiting for 6 months on other roofers, nobody turned up or if they did we never saw them again.

    We are a property company with Flats at CF83, a long way from our main operating area, had difficulty with local people not completing the repairs satisfactorily. Made contact with Redlands, John attended same day diagnosed problem, which we agreed with, E Mailed quote, which we thought was about right for the work. He Completed the work promptly without any inconvenience to the Tenant and cleared all rubbish away.
    We would highly recommend this firm, they are polite, and prompt do a very good job, and no requests for money up front. It is refreshing to deal with such a firm these days, will definitely use them again and recommend them to other colleagues.

    The following feedback has been shared with Redland Property Services. The quote we felt was reasonable, they arrived when promised and appeared to understand what we needed. They corrected problems whilst on site as we pointed them out. We appreciate they advised us on extra work which hopefully has resolved damp issues we had been unable to resolve previously. However, issues have come to light since completing the work and payment made in full. Redland were made aware of these 5 days ago but no response has been received.

    The job of re-siting the slipped tile was done the same day and will now wait
    and give time to see there is no further problem ,in future and the tile will remain fixed.

    Unable to repair guttering properly due to it being obsolete profile so John offered replacement.
