Rae and his team were amazing from beginning to end, this was a big build for me and he held my hand all the way through, he and his team took the time to understand the build, what I wanted to achieve and even though a couple of the things I wanted were unusual he realised why I wanted it and he and the team helped me achieve my goal.
His team were on site every single day of the build, helped me make the odd change and even suggested changes when the kitchen was being fitted, that allowed me to have extra storage by changing some cabinets but not changing the space they took up.
Rae has transformed my three separate spaces which inc a very small galley kitchen into an amazing kitchen / entertainment space and with just over 6m off bifold doors, clear views and access to the garden.
He and the team project managed everything, steels arrived the day they were needed, electricians did what they needed to do before installing underfloor heating, flooring and kitchen everything was just in time and I just had to sit back and watch it all take shape.
Rae’s team were all really experienced and as they were in my house for 10 weeks easy to get on with.
Even post build there have been a couple of snags which is only to be expected, but one call/text and he has returned in a couple of days to sort it out.
If you need an experienced building team to deliver your goal I would thoroughly recommend Rae and I am now eying him up for my next project.

Rae and his team have been absolutely superb from start to finish. The extension was completed to a very high standard, on budget and ahead of time. Neighbours have commented on the quality of the work, the timeliness in which it was completed and also how tidy they’ve been.

Rae was on top of the build throughout and we were kept updated and involved at all stages and we never felt that anything was being done without consulting with us first. During the project, Rae and the team came up with ideas, solutions to problems and also did some additional work for us (knocking down an internal wall, re-siting the washing machine and laying laminate flooring).

We went through the normal process of getting numerous estimates for the work but we won’t do that for any future work - we’ll go straight to Rae and RCM Carpentry. Outstanding job!
