I have been running R W langford Builders for over 20 years. During this time I have successfully completed a new build housing site, extensions, conservatories, driveways, patios and various other projects.

Qualifications

I learnt my trade as a bricklayer, during my career I have developed extensive knowledge in all aspects of general building. My team consists of fully qualified tradesmen which Have been working alongside me for many years.

    Great experience using R W Langford Builders. Bob, Craig and the rest of the guys were superb to work with - hassle free, well organised and clearly experienced.

    Our job (earth removal and retaining wall) had awkward access and needed some good planning. No issues at all with skips, deliveries or neighbours. The guys are polite and clean up after themselves.

    The quote was reasonable and didn't get inflated with unforeseen 'extras' and add-ons. Just very straight forward, can't fault them at all really.

    Hoping to have them back to an extension very soon.

  • 50m sq single, 7m sq dbl extension and a dbl garage

    Bob and Craig did an amazing job on our extension, garage, 3-tier patio and fences, as well as a new window, wider door way and window replacements in the existing house. We received quotes from a dozen firms, but their quote was by far the most comprehensive. We hit a number of hurdles along the way outside of our control (Welsh Water and local council) but they were able to work around those and get on with work in other areas. Yes the project was delayed, but again that was out of anyone’s control. The craftsmanship is excellent, and the finish product has received many positive comments from passers-by. Their sub-contractors share their passion and skill and are only too happy to explain a process or make alterations (where possible). I would recommend RW Langford to anyone looking for professional building work.
