I was really pleased that I invited Plumbforce to install the new gas fuelled central heating system to my property. Imran took time and trouble to make sure I fully understood what was being proposed and the reasons why.
The job was completed in three days rather than the four days anticipated and the team made a fine job of the installation. I can wholeheartedly recommend Plumbforce as a competent, trustworthy and reliable company in the field of central heating installation.

Imran and team displayed nothing more but top class service and professionalism during my new Worcester Boiler installation with Nest thermostat. They explained everything they were doing and kept me updated throughout the job. I asked them to also look at 2 heaters which I thought were faulty but came to find out they were both in proper working condition after they've adjusted a few things.

I had a really positive experience with Imran, he was prompt with answering my Ad and again with arranging a date to view my boiler system which needed a complete overhaul. He was extremely informative and made me aware of the various options available to me for a property of my size. I was grateful for this because I was clueless about anything boiler related. He presented himself as trustworthy, knowledgable and confident in his plans and was great at allowing me to think of options which I had not had time to think about. The job took 2 days and I was able to give Imran a set of keys and leave him and his team to it, to come and go as they needed to. I really was not disappointed with the work they did and the results exceeded expectation. The job was done for the target date and he even got rid of some of my old flooring and bathroom suite! Imran really went above and beyond and as a female homeowner he really instilled in me confidence and trust! I'd recommend Imran and the team 10 fold!

Imran is very professional and extremely flexible. He was so understanding when other tradesman's jobs ran over, rearranging dates for his installations. Imran and his team have done pipe works in the kitchen, installed a bathroom and installed a complete central heating system in my daughters house which needed complete renovation. His work is excellent, he is very friendly and informative and kept us updated regularly with progress . His prices are competitive and there were no extras added to the quote. On completion of each job, the house was left tidy. He has said that we could contact him at any time in the future for advice if needed, as my husband is going to install the kitchen and may need to 'pick his brains'. I needed a boiler replacement, removing from the upstairs bedroom to fitting a new one in the kitchen. I had 4 quotes, though Imran was not the cheapest. I used him as his quote seemed the most detailed and informative.
I was a bit apprehensive as we just had new carpets fitted on the stairs which had to be lifted, I was concerned they would not be replaced the same.
On the day agreed 3 fitters turned up on time, the job was completed within the time stated. I wasn’t home when they finished however a full explanation was given to my son (24) on how to use the controls. The house was left tidy and carpets replaced as new. Imran returned the following morning to replace control box as the digital display on control box was a bit dim (I didn’t notice)

I have been looking for someone to install new central heating since December. It has been very challenging as I was working on a tight budget and I couldn’t afford the quotes I was given and it’s fair to say I tried several gas engineers including Imran.
Imran came to our house to give us a quotation and because he was very competitive I had a deal with him straight away. Unfortunately I had to wait about before he could start the job and I think he is very busy due to his competitive prices.
Imran was very polite with his team and finished the job within three days, although I should mention that I didn’t realise the scale of the job to be done was that huge.
We had a minor problem with one of the radiators and he came to see it and will be sorting it out as promised.
All I can say is you can rely on Imran and his team for complete central heating installation. For radiators I would advise you ask to see them before installation and also have a rough idea of the size you want as personally I would have chooses bigger size than provided in other areas.

Imran from Plumbforce did a thorough and quick job. He was quite quick and clean during both the first fix, as well as the second fix. He was always accessible on the phone during our renovation.

He suggested getting a NEST based thermostat, which I am quite pleased with. He also advised against getting a system boiler, which saved me a couple of grand and not getting one proved to be the better choice.

Finally, there had been noise coming from the heating system. I sent Imran a recording of the noise in the middle of the night, and got called back by Imran first thing at 9am, and he knew exactly what the issue was, and suggested fix (it's a hardware issue with a couple of the valves).

I would be happy to use Imran again for any future jobs, due to his honesty, thoroughness, and quick response.

Hired Imran after he impressed during his first initial visit for quotation. He thoroughly explained all of the job to me, allowing me to understand each step of the job and what it involved. During the job, Imran and his two work colleagues were courteous, prompt and paid specific attention to what I wanted from the job/installation. Imran's commitment to the customer is second to none, stopping over on one day's work to ensure I had adequate heating before the snow arrived.

I have already started planning for further work to be completed by Imran in the near future, and would have no hesitation in recommending Imran to other potential customers.

When Khan came, I told him about it, he gave me the solution and solve the problem in conjunction with installing a brand new boiler.
