I came to this country on July 2002 and began studying English language in Kingston college. During that time I started working in KFC as cook and made my way up to become team leader. My communications skills and customer service skills grew. After a while I started to work in Starbucks as supervisor. These two jobs taught me a lot, I learned to work in the team, I managed to work under any pressure i.e. working with short staff at peak times. I joint Nescott college to study plumbing course and have a career change. By studying plumbing for two years I passed all my modules and gained the city and guild qualification. While studying I worked I worked with a plumber to increase my practical knowledge and to gain some experience.
