  • Replace flooring and bathroom following leak

Do NOT Hire! Unfortunately the work is not satisfactory safe nor complete all the floor tiles have been moving or broken in three separate places they are all moving as the floor is not level the grout mix he has made has grey rubber mastic in the grout the actual wall tiles are damaged in my shower room which stops it from now being sealed most tiles in the utility are damaged from him cutting them poorly to size most of them have not been cut straight either the brand new shower electrical unit fitting has four holes in the unit itself also as it meets the wall another gap. No certificate after fitting electric shower I will be reporting this to trading standards because everything is damaged unsafe and not to an acceptable standard of quality John Luter has left a big hole behind the toilet his floor drain has raised parts sticking out from the floor drain raising up so much out it is really unsafe due to potential of tripping over on it. When inspected we have noticed damage and scratches on absolutely everything bought new and anything he has fitted is damaged the toilet seat, sink and shower screen, titan shower unit my new tiles on the walls/floors the utility work top .
John has been paid for work undertaken so far and invited to return to complete utility area and rectify all mistakes which we acknowledge will be almost impossible for him to complete the stone floor which will need taking up and replacing lasted less than one day He doesn't know what he is doing

  • Wall and cupboard taking out

John turned up on time. Did an excellent job. Will have him back when we have some more work needed.

  • Archway into kitchen

A positive was that John could do the job quickly. He arrived late but got on with the job and finished in a day. Once the arch was dry, I could see it wasn't symmetrical. I messaged him to see if there was anything that could be but have never received a reply.
