I am very happy with the plans drawn up by Terry. He came to visit us, was friendly and listened to what we wanted to do. Furthermore he sent the finished plans back promptly, which we were happy with and, more importantly, were successfully approved by the planning office. He followed the project throughout and included follow-up calls once our extension was completed. I would highly recommend Planitel services (and already have done) to anyone who requires architectural services which include structural calculations. I would not hesitate to use his services again.

Terry is very instrumental, skilled, open and helped us changed the design in the midday when we found Thames water drain in our backyard. He is very responsive and patient. He worked with us all the way and explained everything clearly. He made as many visits as needed. He worked with our builder and authorities closely to make sure things are communicated and done correctly.

I am very happy to recommend Planitel for planning a loft extension or similar project. Terry came to view our house then provided drawings, which we had the chance to alter then approve. He was very good at keeping in touch with us and letting us know about progress and was also understanding and co-operative with our party wall surveyor to help resolve a tricky situation with a difficult neighbour. A very professional service at reasonable rates, we were very happy with the service provided by Planitel.

Working with Terry was a pleasure. He was extremely professional and produced outstanding plans to convert a large Edwardian house into 4 flats. It was a complex job and Terry's solutions very creative. Thanks for all your hard work, Terry!

Having sent out our job requirements on mybuilder.com we were contacted by a number of architects. Terry was the one who impressed us the most. He is prompt to reply to all queries, courteous, and takes time to go through the various options, explaining matters in layman's terms. He worked to our tight deadline and kept us informed of his progress throughout. The final drawings were excellent quality, far surpassing any previous drawings we had received for previous projects from other architects. He is also very on the ball and was quick to pick up on mistakes made by the structural engineers on their drawings, as well as following them up and checking that they corrected the work as required. He was also regularly in touch with our builder to discuss the build, and made a good impression there as well. And to top it all off he was very reasonably priced. All in all a very positive experience and we would recommend him 100%. With the level of detail and excellent service he provides we wouldn't hesitate to refer him to others. Thanks Sheyla and Andy

I hired Terry to produce drawings and plans for our single storey rear extension. Throughout the whole process he showed absolute professionalism and knowledgeable expertise with an approachable and warm demeanor. I shared my initial ideas for the extension and he applied his experience and creativity to solve our layout issues - providing detailed plans and drawings in order for us to apply for council permission and building control. He was easily contactable and answered all questions. Would highly recommend him for any architectural and planning requirements.
