About PJ BUILDING SERVICES

i have been in the building trade for around 20 years and worked on a lot of building projects small and large but decided to have a go on my own and be my own boss which i enjoy very much. i project manage all my jobs so i know what is going on all the time. we do a lot of work in Leeds and the surrounding areas but we are willing to travel if required. we have built a lot of loft conversions, extensions in Leeds and its surrounding areas.we have done a lot of full or part refurbishments.we are fully qualified joiners so fitting those new kitchens is a piece of cake.fitting those new bathrooms etc is no problem as we are qualified plumbers. we do a lot of chimney and wall removal work so we can offer a structural engineers report and plans if required for that type of work. we do any building work small or large and offer a full service in the building trade. we do any insurance work and we offer a full plans to completion service.
we are members of the federation of master builders (FMB) and we are also TRUST MARK accredited.
we are time served tradesmen and are qualified in all aspects of the building industry
so for peace of mind why not give us a call you wont be disappointed.

CIS card registered.

Plumbing and drainage.
We have full public liability insurance.

AND ALL OUR WORK COMES WITH A FULL WRITTEN GUARANTEE all my work force are fully qualified in all there trades, from brick and stone work, joinery, first and second fix, part p electrics, gas safe, plastering, roofing, plumbing and drainage,

  • Old chimney stack removal

    Not a bad word to say about Wayne, Duane and the rest of the PJ Building Services Team. We were needing a chimney stack completely removing and internal walls taking out and removing. They were extremely reasonable with the price and did an amazing job. They managed to complete the work under the time initially estimated and left the house in a very good state after they left. Great communication throughout the process and will be the first number I call in the future. Would highly recommend giving them a call.

  • Load Bearing Wall - Universal Beam Supply & Fit

    Paul & Wayne’s team did a great job with fitting the steel beam and removing the wall. The quality of work was top notch, they arrived on time, finished ahead of schedule and were more than reasonable on price. I would highly recommend them and will be using them in the future for other projects.
