    In my opinion Ian is an extremely good heating engineer. I'd recommend him most highly. I called him in to sort out the complex problems a tenant was having with the boiler in the property and he did so carefully and thoroughly. The faults went beyond ignition problems. IIan was always willing to explain what he was doing, and why, and made good recommendations for the future to prevent further problems from occurring.

    Iian checked the problem diagnosed by another plumber and identified the correct cause of my central heating not working correctly. This saved me around £300 on the previously quoted repair cost. He quicklh sourcec the parts required and communicated very well to arrange the repair.

    Llan did manage to fix the fault. He was very courteous & very helpful. He also suggested to us to install the Hive which he did & we have benefitted from it. We have kept his card & since had a quote for a new boiler which we will have him fit it when we are ready. He has always come back to us with questions we have asked, overall very pleased with his work & would recommend him to anybody, very honest & willing to do any job.

    Ilan is professional, communicates well, he left the house tidy and was reliable with timings checking when would be best to come to the house when both me and my housemates were available so he could explain the situation. He provided options not pressuring us instead providing a professional opinion but giving us time to decide which is something we haven't experienced before. He did a gas safety check and liaised with my letting agents to arrange the best solution. Our boiler has been a continuous source of trouble but now I know to contact Ilan and know he will be able to fix it and will provide honest rates.
