Initially hired to check a leak in the roof but after a thorough examination it was apparent we needed a brand new roof (it hadn't been touched since it's build in 1960's and was really quite bad after seeing for ourselves)

Very pleased with Pedmore Roofing. They responded quickly to the advert. Marie came and spoke with my wife. She was able to identify the problem as a couple of missing tiles and flashing that needed replacing. She was very friendly and gave a-lot of good advice and a good quote.
On the day of the job it was due to rain but the men still came out and carried on till it was done.
We are are very pleased with the service and with the team so would definitely use them again and would definitely recommend.

Pedmore Roofing came along today to repair as required
Excellent job done and tidy up afterwards
They had to find tiles to mach existing tiles
Which they did with great success
Too make sure mach was good because the tiles damaged were on the front
They removed tiles off the back of roof to put on the front
Then used the tiles the bought to put on the back .So you cant see where
they have being changed on the front by using the old tiles off the back.
then the tiles were refitted on the back you cant see them either great job

Alex was quick to respond to my job post and discussed the quotes and my options very clearly. He also did what he said he would do, arrived when we had agreed and didn't make any arrangements that other companies made and didn't keep. There was an issue with obtaining the correct tile replacements but Alex sourced that quickly and, within a couple of days, the work was completed, which was appreciated with rain around. Very pleased with the work and would definitely recommend this company.

I had to have my chimney removed because of damp issues. Alex came round and gave me a quote. Had the job done promptly. The lads were very friendly and left the area very clean. Can't fault them. Wouldn't hesitate to have them again.

Pedmore Roofing Services we excellent throughout when they carried out works to our property which included having it re-roofed and a number of rooflights added. My initial dealing with the company was when Alex Harvey came to measure up to provide the quote. He was thorough in his assessment of the works required and subsequently provided me with a very competitive price. Once I accepted the quote I had to pay a small deposit to secure the booking and the works after that went like clockwork. Everything started on time, the team turned up on time everyday and worked extremely hard. They completed the work on time (actually slightly early), within the agreed price, and to a very high standard. The group of workers were very friendly, respectful of our property and the neighbours. We are very pleased how everything has gone and would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs roofing work doing.

When I noticed that the crew included young lads I was sceptic and worried that I would be dealing with bad attitude but I would not have met nicer people.
Everyone was friendly, hard working and polite.
Team leader Glyn was very approachable and nothing was too much trouble. He resolved issues without quibbles.
If I have to give any constructive criticism, Pedmore to handle things with more care to protect customer's property.
When I saw the way the old roofing was being removed, rubble thrown everywhere, I had to mentally prepare that my fairly new sandstone patio was going to be ruined.
By the end, the patio had scratches and dents, I was gutted. I am still getting used to the way it looks now.

The company that installed the patio were so careful they even protected my old concrete driveway by laying wood boards to put the rubble.
Pedmore could invest in something e.g. wood boards, even canvass, anything that can protect the surfaces.
If I am honest I don't think they see this as an issue as no action was taken even though raised the issue on the first day of the project.

There is a big difference between working on a building site that has never been lived on and working at someone's home where you need to look after the surroundings.
I would have given 5/5 for the roofing itself but the issue I raised is equally important as it affected me, I felt as if by solving one problem I created another.

Alex and his team came to the rescue of my 90 year old dad who had been ripped off by a con artist builder. They were respectful of my dads age, repaired my dads garage roof and stopped it from leaking when it rained, which involved stripping and re laying the roof tiles, repairing leading and broken tiles, cementing, fixing guttering and laying a new membrane under the tiles. Excellent communication throughout, reasonable quote and I was happy with the results, they also cleaned up when they finished. Recommended. A+

We couldn’t have chosen a better company to replace our Georgian roof.
With the house being old, we were looking for a team to work with care and sensitivity on our roof. The Pedmore team did just that.
We were also very impressed that all debris and waste was cleared from site on the final day, leaving our garden spotless!

From the first meeting with Marie we felt reassured that they knew what we wanted. Marie took time to go through the details and was happy to go through all of our questions.
We had a challenging and complex shape to work with, and the actual beams were previously installed incorrectly, and the team worked very hard to minimise the problem to ensure a great look to our property.
The labourers were clean and tidy, very friendly and came on time and when they said they would.

I had a couple of quotes for my job and these lads even though they are young Picked up exactly the same problems as a couple of really experienced roofing companies. Great communication and vey quick to get back to me sent a text half an hour before they arrived and arrived on the dot. No messing around they cracked in straight away and got the job done quickly and cleaned up afterwards. Very pleasant and polite to deal with and emailed an invoice that night. Their prices are very competitive and I would 100% recommend them.

Felt replaced on extension flat roof, garage, porch and bay window. 3 generations of roofers, their experience showed, no fuss got the job done to a high standard. Even offered to sort a loose flue cover on my roof that had been rattling in the wind for no extra cost. Communication throughout was good and explained things as they went along. Pedmore Roofing Services responded swiftly on Thursday morning to the job post, sent a member of staff to diagnose the problem on the afternoon, sent a competitive quote on the evening and completed the work the coming Monday, they provided a very efficient and professional service from start to finish.

We booked Alex & his team to replace an old canopy above our doorway with a new one stretching across the front of the house & we could not be more pleased with the result. The work was carried out over 2 days to an excellent standard, even our neighbour who is in a similar trade commented on their workmanship. All rubbish taken away, great looking canopy, very reasonable price for the work carried out, could not recommend highly enough. We will be in touch with Alex should we or any friends/family need any other work like this carried out. Sending pictures to Alex to add once we have had our rendering finished so they can be uploaded too. Thanks again Alex for a great job!

They were considerate and almost fun to have around. They were quick efficient and communicated well at every stage.They tidied up after themselves and even kept my neighbours sweet.
I now have a roof which keeps out the rain --- and oddly.....all my neighbours comment on how lovely it looks. If there is one criticism I could make it was the scaffolders they employed.

We had a complete new roof. The job was started and finished in 4 working days, they worked in all weathers. The work was completed to a high standard, roofers very respectful, nice to see a woman roofer in the mix. The work was overseen and signed off by the older master roofers. They cleared all the mess up at the end of each day. The skip was collected day after work was completed. The price of the roof was very competitive. Having had a pretty bad experience of roofing contractors over the past few months it was a relief that Alex came to look at the job when he said he would. The price seemed reasonable and he juggled other work to do the job before we went on holiday. Pedmore turned up as planned, which in itself put them well above the three other roofers we have tried to engage. The work was done efficiently and it was pleasing to see and hear proper work going on after the last firm that had messed the job up. They redid the guttering that had been previously put on back to front, replaced lead work and explained to me the work they had done. It looked like a neat and professional job. They left no mess at all. It rained heavily that night and the leak, that has been going on through three roofers and 5 months, appears to have been fixed.
The roofing industry appears to be full of unreliable, incompetent and in the extreme crooked individuals. It has been a real relief to come across Alex and colleagues at Pedmore who appear to be none of those things. I will be recommending them to friends and colleagues and can give no stronger endorsement than that.

Like others here I have had some poor experience with roofers before. However, Alex and his team have done a very good job on the roof of our Victorian house. They were pleasant, helpful and efficient. I thought the quote given was reasonable and the work was done in good time, to a high standard. I am very happy to recommend them.

Very competetive quote. Complete new roof, including chimney pointing, estimated 4/5 days to do but the team did it in 2 1/2 days, which was very advantagous given the weather reports! Very happy indeed with Pedmore Roofing, I received a competitive quote from Alex and received flawless service. Scaffolding went up ahead of time and the scaffolders were courteous and hardworking. The materials were delivered ahead of the job starting on a date that was agreed beforehand. Job started on agreed date. I was having the front roof re-tiled with artificial slate and then the best old slates were to be re-tiled on the back. This was a more cost effective solution. The job started and Glynn and his team were very hardworking and cleaned up after themselves. They worked tirelessly for three days - even coming to finish the job on bank holiday Monday. There was a lot of tiling, but the completed job was neat and the new chimney flashing also applied very well. They also gave me new guttering at the front. Scaffolding came down in good time. I paid Alex at the end via bank transfer. I am really very satisfied and happy, they worked with professionalism and did not cut any corners. I will of course be recommending them highly.

Alex and his team were the most hard working guys that I have ever seen. They arrived early and barely stopped for a breather. I had two large flat roof areas reboarded and felted. All work was done to a very high standard at a very reasonable price. I could not fault the teams work and will contact them for any future work on roofing.
