Chimney assessment and work in Tavistock Roofing (Pitched)
I highly recommend Gareth. He responded quickly to the initial request through 'My Builder' and replied promptly to follow up texts, calls and emails. There has been a damp patch in the roof of my house for a number of years. Previous builders have 'fixed' both the chimney and the roof but the damp persisted. Gareth investigated the problem thoroughly and sent me photographs of where he thought the leak was originating. He gave me a breakdown of costs, which I felt were reasonable but he did not cut corners. He then completed the job despite appalling weather.
