About Elegant Driveways
Established in 1988, we have successfully completed hundreds of contracts, both commercial and domestic throughout the Home Counties, including roads, car parks, driveways, garage forecourts, shopping precincts, pathways and patios.
There is certainly no substitute for experience, and our understanding of a client's personal requirements together with the practical considerations unique to each individual contract enables us to maintain standards of the highest level. We always pay utmost attention to the finest detail, providing a complete service from initial survey, through design, specification, comprehensive quotation and professional installation.
We instigate and operate throughout all our contractual works, a Quality Assurance System to ensure the satisfactory quality of all garden hard-landscaping, block paving and stone-sett installations under our responsibility. We are well acquainted with all relevant British Standard stipulations and are fully conversant with the recently revised front garden legislation.
Unlike many of our competitors, we are registered as licensed waste transfer carriers by the Local Authority, as a legal requirement under section 34A of the Environmental Protection Act 1990(amended by the Cleaner Neighbourhoods and Environment Act 2005).
Although we specialise in domestic driveway installations, we have expertise in all pertinent aspects of building and landscaping works such as garage conversions, home extensions, decorative patio paving, garden walls, complementary steps, fencing, decking systems, electric lighting, garden ponds and intricate water features.
As a member of UK's Top Tradesmen Recommendation Service the standard we set and the actions undertaken, have a direct correlation with the quality of service we are able to provide our customers.
Our standards have a significant effect, not just on our own company, but now also on the standing and reputation of every member company of the association, which has been established to offer peace of mind and assurance to the customer through the provision of guaranteed installations by approved contractors.
We shall endeavour to achieve our prime objective of customer satisfaction with our operational standards being exemplary.
We shall always:
Uphold the principals of honesty and integrity in our dealings with all our customers, prospective customers and suppliers, ensuring that all our transactions are conducted diligently and in good faith.
Take due care throughout the installation process, respecting the property, possessions and feelings of our customers at all times.
Ensure all products are installed in accordance with the manufacturer's specification, using the Manufacturer's Installation Manual as the standard for when branded products are installed.
Use only materials of the highest quality and ensure that installation is carried out by experienced, suitably qualified skilled employees, thereby completing the project to the customer's complete satisfaction.
Respect the concerns of the wider community and strive to minimise the adverse effect of our operations on the environment.
