Completed the utility extension on time, as estimated by Paul. The quote was very competitive and fixed. Paul closely supervised all aspects and was quick to get all the trades in with minimal fuss. He was always available on phone/texts for updates and trouble shooting. Final result was quite good and we have no doubts we will hire him and his mates again for our next project👍

Paul did a good job building a side extension for us. We didn’t have plans and we are pleased how he has achieved what we wanted. Paul went out of his way to source new bricks when I didn’t like the ones that matched the original brickwork. He mixed them in with the original brick and done a really good job of blending them in, and didn’t ask for more money or complained. The brickwork is of a better standard than whoever built the house originally! We paid in stages and he makes sure you are happy with the work carried out before each stage payment, he also honours his quotations and didn’t hit us with any unexpected costs. All work was carried out to a good standard and this was confirmed by the building inspector. His prices are very competitive too. Would recommend Paul and his team and would use again should the need arise.

Paul came and provided a quote promptly and when he said he would. He was competitively priced and came across as an authentic traditional builder with a straightforward approach to getting on with the job.
Once agreed with him to start works he was flexible with starting to suit us and has continued to work around both of our needs in an adaptable manner throughout the project.
Paul followed our plans closely and was able to take on some additional work as we went through with windows and fascia’s, and plumbing, linking us in with other trades people as required.
We had a full rear 7m width extension involving significant steels across the house and within. Paul was always available to discuss and agree each stage of the project with us to ensure the outcome was what we wanted to achieve.
If you’re looking for a no nonsense builder who’ll come in and get the job done how you want it then you won’t go far wrong with Paul and his team. It’s obviously an upheaval having significant work but made smoother by who you choose.
Oh and if you’ve got a good Chippy by you he’ll be even happier too 😉😅!!
