Brilliant plastering job. Only a small job and squeezed me in. Not the cleanest experience and was the last job of the day which probably didn't help. Removing artex and plastering is a very messy experience. Take care to cover anything you really can't get out of the room. Be prepared to have to clean down doors, windows and anything else caught in the cross fire!

He managed to fit in plastering our bathroom at short notice.
The work was slightly more challenging than Paul thought (due to the condition of the walls following removal of tiles which had been lining the walls from floor to ceiling), however, Paul, was unfazed and just cracked on.
The finished walls looked fantastic once plastered, and he gave me guidance on how to prep the wall prior to painting.

What can I say? I'm over the moon with the work Paul has done for me! Paul contacted me and arranged to come to me the same evening to price the job. We agreed a price and he came as agreed a few days later. Not only did he do the job I required, he also did some extra work off his own back to make my life easier for the next part of the project I would be doing myself. I have a newly fitted carpet which I was a little worried about damaging but Paul was so clean and tidy it was never a concern. Above all, Paul's plastering is impeccable and he has transformed the room. I am so pleased that I found Paul and will certainly be calling on him again soon. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Top bloke. Very professional. Turned up early doors as per our request and cracked straight on with the job. Price was agreed before the day and included all materials. Took great care to protect all our floors and limit the mess. Walls are perfect and required very little sanding down. Even made himself available via whatsapp to answer some questions we had following the job. Would 100% use again and couldn't recommend Paul highly enough.

We shortlisted Paul for this job and he was quick to come and quote for us. Not only did Paul offer an extremely competitive price, he was also the nicest and most conscientious, which gave my wife and I the feeling we could trust him. We did have to fiddle around with dates slightly due to the timing of the job being in annual leave season but that wasn't too much of a problem as we were happy to wait for Paul's services. Paul managed to complete the job in 3 days whereas everyone else said it would take 5, minimising disruption in our house. Paul arrived prompt everyday and grafted until late into the afternoon, and was very thorough and clean, laying tape down in bedrooms we wanted to keep the carpet. Going above and beyond he also provided advice regarding different aspects of the job and on how best to apply a mist coat and sand before painting. I would definitely recommend Paul to anyone else on this site and if anyone asks if I know a plasterer I won't look any further.

Paul has just finished skimming the walls and ceiling in my downstairs cloakroom, ready for tiling/ painting. The standard of workmanship is excellent and I would use Paul again and recommend him to others. I found that Paul replies quickly to questions and is totally reliable. He started early in the morning as promised. Paul is also very tidy and put dustsheets down before starting work, plus tidied up at the end of the job, so there was little mess.

Paul did a great job of some very grim looking ceilings, artex covered very nicely. The work was neat and tidy, he arrived on time and worked solidly through the day to get the job completed on time to budget as promised. For what can be a messy job, the clean up after was minimal, with Just hoovering needed - no spilt plaster. Made sure job was done under ceiling roses too.

Paul plastered over our artex ceiling and did a decent job for a good price. If I was being picky, you can still see some very light bumps where either they weren't scraped off initially or the plaster skim isn't quite thick enough but the result is still a million times better than what we had before so happy overall. Would use again.

I didn't hire Paul for the job described above but instead got him to skim the whole upstairs of my house. The job he did was fantastic! Absolute top quality finish with what seemed to be some tricky work (or it did to me anyway). Couldn't have asked for better and also left the house in a clean state. Very pleased.

Since the job was posted, Paul kept a clear and fast-response communication. Showed up on the agreed date on time and didn't leave until he was satisfied with the final result. The attention to detail was admirable and he kept going even when I thought it was all finished.

Paul spent an hour to prepare the room so that all floors and walls would be protected. Then he removed the old Artex (other plasterers would just plaster on top) and applied a couple of coats to give it a great finish. After the job was done, everything was tidied up and left like he had never been there! GREAT job!

He had injured his eye two days before so had to rearrange his jobs having needed a day's recovery; this proved difficult for him but he didn't want to let me or his other customers down so he worked a longer day and still did an excellent job. Paul arrived early and worked hard to finish the plastering quickly, he had to come back the following day to put up the coving when the walls were drier, again he let us know what time he would be arriving, and did a very smooth finish on the walls, the coving was done very well too.

Paul is a really good plasterer. Tackling my old plaster lathe walls was challenging. Paul was not phased. I have found him to communicate well, he is polite and trustworthy.
