We formed our company back in 1999 and have built up an excellent reputation for quality building work over the past 17 years, working mainly from referrals with little need for advertising. Our focus is always on customer satisfaction and attention to detail. We specialise in whole-house refurbishments but also excel in individual kitchen / bathroom installations, from traditional to ultra-modern. We always turn up when we say we will and do what we say we'll do for the price we've quoted!

About P & S Property Services

Our quotes are broken down into each area of work and we work to a written, colour-coded schedule showing what is due to happen each day during the project.

We undertake the 'whole project' from initial ideas / planning through structural work, supply of all materials, plumbing, electrics, plastering, tiling, joinery, decorating, doors / windows, external work etc. etc. to give a fully finished, cleaned down and detailed end result.

Qualifications

Our business started in 1999 with the refurbishment of a single 2-bed terraced property in Bolton.
In the nine years after that, we successfully developed 35 properties from 2-bed terraces to 6-bed executive homes and from those requiring only a light re-decoration to a total, bare-brick re-build from scratch.
Then in 2008, we placed a hold on our own portfolio and moved into developing other people's homes using the vast amount of design skills, ideas and trade contacts picked up over our first nine years.

  • New Kitchen and Flooring Tiles

    We appointed Paul to carry out a complete kitchen transformation which involved taking out sections of wall and relocating plumbing, electrics etc. From the start Paul's whole set up was top class. Schedules on the wall being updated as they progressed and constant communication regarding status. Paul, and all of his team arrived exactly when they were supposed to and were always very respectful and pleasant, keeping the house tidy and picking up after themselves. Everything remained on track and work was completed exactly as it should have been. Paul really took all of the stress and aggravation out of the process and delivered us a beautiful top class Kitchen. I can not recommend Paul enough - We will definitely be using him for future works and anyone looking for knowledgeable, respectful and honest tradesperson please DO NOT hesitate.

  • Shower cubicle replacement and floor work.

    Paul is a lovely man who was able to come up with a solution to our problem shower tray. He replaced the tray and managed to save and reuse the glass cubicle which kept the cost down and was better environmentally. Would recommend

    Ultimate professional, arrived promptly, completed the job in good time, kept the place clean and cleaned any mess up afterwards. A really top guy, and I would say a good proper family run business - you have my endorsement.
