  • New bathroom and refurb

    I booked OC plumbing and heating in January 2022 after a visit and a quote, with a confirmed start date of 8 March. I called 4 days before to confirm start and was assured they would be there at 8am on the Monday. At 6.45 am on the monday I had a text cancelling me saying he was ill. I asked but there was no new date and it was open ended. I had cleared out the bathroom and had all the new bathroom and fittings in my house taking up a lot of space. After a couple of days I asked when the job might start but he still didn’t know. I eventually got a date 5 weeks on. I obviously can’t comment on his work but I would not trust him to turn up so I said no to the future date.

    This is not a fair point as I was in hospital which i could not help.

  • New shower cubicle installation

    Oliver was very prompt in giving a quote and a date for the job, the job was done on time and we are really pleased with how it's turned out. Will definitely use him again and recommend him to friends.
