when I posted my job on my builder April 2017 I couldn't believe how fast the response was from Orhan and how quick he came round to assess work and give me a quote. I had 2 fuse boxes and wanted one moved from its original position to a new location and add some additional sockets and a light fixing moved. While he was here quoting he gave some recommendations and I actually changed my mind on a few things and wanted him to do more work than I originally posted. he quoted me happy via email which I agreed and was able to start the work around my busy time schedule. Orhan was able to loose the one fuse box i wanted moved, so instead of having 2 fuse boxes I now only have the one which suited me 100%, Orhan listened to my requirements and did them exactly how I wanted them. He also tidied up after himself each day he was here.
I held him off for the second fix as was doing a lot of building work which took quite a few months to complete but once I required him again he came straight back round and completed the work leaving me 100% Happy.

Overall I received very good service from Orhan who responded immediately to my job posting. He offered flexible appointment to quote, was prompt on the day, friendly, showed me his Electrical NAPIT ID card before I asked him and then gave a fair quote.

Job was to install Kitchen extractor hood with 4" hole in wall and a bathroom extractor fan also requiring 4" hole on 1st floor. Work was completed a week or so later, the place was left clean and with little visible trace of the work. I was not present for the job at the property itself but initial face-to-face contact with Orhan gave me confidence and a sense of trust. At completion, Orhan Whatsapped me photos of work areas completed and I visited a few days later to verify everything was as expected. The minor electrical works certificate was posted to me via recorded delivery upon payment a short while later.

Orhan visited the house and gave me a quote within hours of shortlisting him. At the initial assessment he found there was no earth to water/gas bonding and included that in the quote. The final quote was reasonable and included all materials and work.
The job was done in a convenient time which meant I didn't have to take time off from work. The consumer unit was replaced with a new one, I got 2 RCD's installed for the 2 major groups of breakers. All the breakers have been labelled too. In the end walked me through all the documentation he issued after completing the testing.

Brillient man Orhan.Did a great job in our house with our old sockets and bonding on the gas and electrics.Everyday he came on time when we said to come on a certain day.He gave us advice on what we need to do going forwards and how much it would cost.His prices were really good what he offered us.

Orhan of O and M Electrical solutions ltd. came and looked at what was wanted for the job then came back and did the work which he did very well, cleaned up after, and kept me informed all the time, I would not have a problem in recommending him. The electrician was very professional, he had a very good knowledge of electrical systems and standards. We had quite a few jobs that needed fixing, all were completed to a very good standard. I would highly recommend and would use again.
