    I’m sorry you have felt the need to leave negative feedback when I had spoke to your self on the day of attendance. The reason I couldn’t attend was because I was called to a job where an elderly lady had no power and couldn’t leave job without re-solving fault as she was vulnerable and this unfortunately meant I couldn’t attend your job. I attempted to move jobs around to fit you in the following days but had no response, I apologised via txt/phone call and again I’m sorry. As per my other reviews this is few and far between requards Nathan
