About NeilBarham

I started in the building trade 18 years ago working originally for a builder/stonemason and then for a qualified carpenter.
Since then I have worked on many projects including: loft conversions, extensions, wall restoration, larger conservation area projects and complete builds.
Recent projects have also included renovations of grade II listed buildings using traditional materials and techniques. I particularly enjoy working with local stone however I am a general builder and have completed modern extensions and maintenance.
I regularly liaise with conservation planning and building regulation authorities to ensure good practice and excellent quality of workmanship and product.
I strive to ensure that all my clients are wholly satisfied with the level of workmanship and the finished product.

Qualifications

18 year's experience in the business, starting out by learning trades from a stonemason/builder and carpenter.
Since working as a sole trader and now as a limited company I have gained extensive experience in all aspects of property construction, renovation and maintenance.
BSc hons degree from St Mary's University.
