All aspects of electrical work on a variety of buildings, both new and period. This has included installation, maintenance and fault finding in retail premises, offices and restaurants/public houses.
Alongside this we have worked on all aspects of residential property, from full rewires to new build installations as well as much smaller works.
We also offer a full installation and maintenance service for air conditioning systems.
We have a number of clients to whom we offer a full and affordable Facilities Management service for all building compliance requirements. These include emergency lighting, fire alarms, intruder alarms, legionella testing and gas servicing.
We also carry out PAT testing and Electrical Condition Reports for business and residential lettings
