  • Replace and Extend patio

    Working with Martin has been a real pleasure. The Job was to take up an existing patio and then re-lay whilst extending as well (75 x 600 x 600 slabs). Martin was able to provide an accurate quote for the job quickly having been to site to size up. References were provided and he and was able to start within 2 weeks when given the go ahead. Martin was also helpful with the choosing of new slabs and kept me up to date with the progress of delivery of materials pre start of the Job. We were lucky with the weather and the job was completed in a week. Martin was a total professional whilst on site and I now have a super sized patio which my family can enjoy over the coming summer. I would highly recommend M.P Property Maintenance and I will use again.

  • New Fence & Gate for 1 Property Boundary

    Martin did a great job replacing my storm damaged fence and side gate. During the quotation process he advised on the different options available and was easily able to accommodate my specific requests. The entire job was delayed by the COVID-19 pandemic, but as soon as Martin could get supplies again, the job was completed quickly and efficiently. I will definitely be using Martin again for any future work on my property.
