This company is new, but I have over 10 years experience as a timed served plumber. I have recently obtain City and Guilds certifications to confirm my knowledge and experience.

Qualifications

BPEC. WREG Water Supply (Water Fittings) Regulations 1999.
BPEC. PARTL Certificate in Energy Efficiency for Domestic Heating
(England and Wales) Expires 20/05/2015

City and Guilds - Certificate of Plumbing. (6129).
I am punctual, tidy and fair (on price.) I beleive in open communication and would prefer to come and look at a job to clarify what is required and to discuss any issues that may arise before a formal quote is made. It seems that plumbers are getting a bad rap at the moment for either over charging and/or back workmanship and/or poor customer service. we hope to change that stereotype.

  • leaking / broken toilet

    Malcolm was a great guy. Thr job worked out to be a little more than we expected so took a bit longer. He came back on the second day and was waiting for me before I got home!
    All in all happy with the work and would use again

  • replace existing electric shower

    malcom was on time and worked to price stated and he even used his own time transport to get extra bits from b and q . the shower i had purchased from screwfix was faulty out of box so it went on wall and then back off again lol! after various calls to triton but malcom was professional and have no problem in recomened him.thanks tony

  • Connect shower and sink

    I hired Malcolm to install a shower and a basin/sink. Every connection done was wrongly done. Water began seeping out of the joints he connected. Until the bathroom floor collapsed during the night. For the amount he demanded the job was not done well. My house is full of water. And I was ripped off here. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone!

    The job was not completed to the clients satisfaction as they kept changing their minds throughout the day as to what they wanted done. I was totally unaware of the leaking issues until I read this review. The client also refused to pay the whole fee which was previously agreed and was not able to agree a suitable date for me to return to complete the work they needed. I am sorry that they view my work as a plumber in such a bad light, however they should realise that communication is a two way street.
