I personally have over 50 years of construction experience .My skills are Bricklaying ,Plastering , groundwork’s and demolition We can advise on all brickwork remedial repairs including Crack stitching , Helical bar installation to Structural Engineers specifications. I have extensive management knowledge and know what is required by the customer ,and having won an award for the prestigious Considerate Constructors scheme this would give you confidence that you are dealing with someone who listens and cares!We are Approved Contractor to the Masonic hall in Warrington ,Plumley Methodist Church and Preferred contractor to The Sea Cadets St Helens ,Training Ship Scimitar .Hoping to hear from you soon .     Mike got back to me quickly and we agreed a reasonable price for the work, similar to other quotes. He was able to come just two days later to complete the work and him and Chris have done a great job at short notice. Left the area clean and tidy too which is appreciated.     Very considerate builders. The whole of the lounge and even the driveway was hidden under dust sheets or tarpaulins, in readiness for the removal of our chimney breast which could have been very messy. Care for our home and good communication throughout was greatly appreciated.The job was undertaken very swiftly by the two builders Mike and Chris. The cleanup job was just as thorough and speedy. I couldn’t have wished for a better outcome from such building work. I would not hesitate to use Mike Mulraney Building Service's again and would highly recommend them to others.
