    Arash and his team were polite and friendly from the very start, they done my kitchen really well and I’m very pleased with it. As with all building projects there are always some changes along the way and these were all sorted quickly without hesitation no matter how big or small they were. His team worked very hard and always cleaned up after themselves at the end of every day which I was very grateful for. I would happily recommend Arash and his team and would use them for future projects.

  • Install new kitchen units and floor tiling

    Mapna construction fitted our new kitchen including electrical and plumbing. Subsequently they’ve renovated the entire house including bathroom suite and floor.
    We have fully settled their payments but we have started having major problems with plumbing, Electricals and carpentry as soon as the works was finished. Main contractor Arash do not respond to our calls every time something goes wrong in their work. We’ve now lost thousands of pounds as a result of their poor quality work carried out in our property which has put our family in misery. We’ve found them to be very dishonest,
    aggressive unskilled bunch of workmen.
    Kitchen work top jointed with edging strip on without bolts.
    Dangerous Electrical wiring and sockets left loose on floor under cabinet next to water elements. Faulty plumbing works leaked and damaged new units. None of the pipes were secured. underfloor heating was installed without zones, supplied actuators or smart thermostat. Refused to get advice from supplier for correct installation. All the controls covered behind kitchen units which we can’t access it. fake invoices produced with commissions added for boiler purchase and heating materials.
    Their company details have been given to the met police and other building authorities.
    It’s about time for the British building regulations to step up and stop such companies from under taking construction work.

    Thanks Teddy for you feedback.
    I can say most of what you mentioned is not right. First of all you haven’t made payment as we agreed and just tried to find some excuses for keeping our money but we have done everything as our agreement. Everyone in you project did their best job but as I told you at the beginning don’t buy cheap materials as you will have problems in future but you were just looking for cheapest things in the market. We left the job without any problems or leak etc and asked you for make payment but you haven’t so your guarantee is on hold till make last payment.
    Also the underfloor heating fitted by a registered gas engineer after spoke to your supplier and get all advised of them and definitely installed 2 thermostas for your UFH and your radiators with all zone valves.
    Nobody was aggressive to you and everytime you called us we responded. You took our guys contact number and called them and asked them to work for as might be cheaper for you and everybody refused that’s why you upset mate. None of the invoices was fake and for boiler I told you if you want us to buy we will charge you for collecting and delivering which we did. We found you very dishonest person and I’m happy to checked with all buildings authorities.

    I am so happy with Arash and his team. They were brilliant - efficient, friendly and diligent. The communication was excellent, and Arash dealt really effectively with the inevitable little snags that came up. The kitchen looks amazing and I’m so pleased with the level of workmanship.
