Matthew came round to view the problem soon after I made the initial phone call to him. He quickly identified what was causing the problem and showed me. A small piece of metal which acts as a stop had become bent and weakened. We agreed that it was best to replace the door handles completely. Matthew immediately drove to Howdens to get the new handles, came back and fixed them to the doors. From the initial phone call to job completion was about two hours. That's cracking service. Matthew was polite, friendly, knowledeable and professional. His work was done in a neat, tidy manner. I would certainly call Matthew again for any more carpentry jobs in the future.

Matt was fantastic from start to finish, arrived on time everyday and could not recommended him highly enough. Very tidy whilst working and always cleaned up spotless after. I found him extremely professional, knowledgeable with great craftsmanship.

Matt is amazing!! We hired Matt to fix our Summer House after previous cowboys had completely ruined it when erecting for us. Matt attend our house to quote and soon realised the structure needed to be taken down and start from scratch. Matt was so friendly and professional. Such a breath of fresh air after being ripped off by our previous tradesmen. I will 100% go back to him for all our carpentry jobs and recommend him to all of our friends and family. He even went a step further for us and has completed a report detailing the previous poor workmanship including photo evidence to help support our ongoing small claims court case. I posted this job on behalf of my Mum who went on to hire Matt to carry out the work after Matt promptly contacted her with a quote, start date and estimated job length, all of which he was accurate with and true to his word. Matt was always punctual and whilst working within Mums home he was considerate and extremely organised, clean and tidy. The level of Matt's workmanship and approach has been second to none and Mum has now also hired Matt to replace and rebuild an external wooden structure and door with a UPVC structure and door. My Sister has also hired Matt to replace her wooden fascia with UPVC; to build a UPVC soffit and replace all exising guttering. We have each been impressed by Matt. Matt/Spectrum Carpentry has proved to be an outstanding and reliable Company which we highly recommend for all aspects of carpentry work.

Matt was engaged to fit worktops on new kitchen units. He went the extra mile and levelled them correctly and did some extra fitting. We were very pleased with his workmanship which led us to engaging him to lay a new floor in the kitchen/dining room and fitting skirting boards. We would recommend him to anyone requiring a carpenter.

Matt did an amazing job with my fencing. He is friendly, polite and works to a very high standard. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again and highly recommend him to anyone.

Matt did a fantastic job, even though it wasn't straightforward. He worked in rain and shine and finished it to perfection. We will definitely recommend him to others.

Matt and his friend took on building a conservatory from scratch which we purchased online, our builder who was doing other work for us at the time was reluctant to take on the job. He overcame all the obstacles he was faced with and his patience and customer relations were next to none. He was also very reliable and returned to check out a small problem we had which wasn't due to his work. What a shame we never received his further quote to finish the inside.

We contacted Matt Tibbles to replace our old garden decking. He came round soon after and gave us several ideas regarding the changes needed. He started the work and constantly kept us informed of the progress. Our new decking looks superb and now includes a very smart hand rail. Matt's craftsmanship and attention to detail are excellent and we feel very pleased to have found someone who obviously take much pride in the quality of his work. We would recommend Matt to anyone who is looking for first class workmanship.
