About Singh Lofts

As a company, we've undertaken Loft extensions, builders and maintenance packages on both residential and commercial properties around London.

More recently, Singh Lofts has worked on large projects which include projects in East London, North London and South.

As well as Loft extensions, our sister company Stone CBM Ltd also carryout residential projects; high quality basements, rear and side extensions, internal restoration and new builds. References can be made available. We are also happy to take our prospective clients to see ongoing jobs, although this will have to be agreed with all parties beforehand.

Me and Jaz created our company out of an ambition to find a better and cost effective way to managing Construction projects.

We have experience delivering construction solutions around London. As well as Lofts, Our experience ranges from working on new build office blocks to residential homes and specialists renovations.

Our skill set allows us to work with school academies and private sector clients to create bespoke designs that are perfectly tailored for their purpose. We have a very collaborative approach. We work closely with the residential clients, teachers and healthcare professional to ensure everyone’s needs are met.

Our understanding of construction means we can safely and successfully deliver projects in operational environments. This often involves structuring our construction programs around the needs of the client, to maximise activity during program periods.
