Specialised in residential architecture, my practice currently serves the World Heritage City of Bath, Bath and North East Somerset, Somerset, Wiltshire and surrounding areas).
My track record of projects to date as a sole practitioner extends to involvement in projects from £25K to @£350K.
At present I predominantly serve residential clients.
To date I have built residential work completed in Bath and North East Somerset and Wiltshire.
I have successfully acquired planning permission, and building regulations approval (and listed building consent where necessary) as agent for residential projects in Bath and North East Somerset, Wiltshire and Somerset.
-architectural and principal designer appointment for the renovation and upgrade, including the extension of habitable area of a 3-bed period property in Wiltshire.
- architectural design involvement during the pre-planning and planning phase for a 4-5 bedroom portal frame shed-to-house conversion scheme and ancillary outbuilding in Powys for a self-builder
