I am very well known in my area by a whole host of people connected with the building trade -Builders' Supplies, Architects, Building Control Officers etc. I am very proud of the fact that all who know me, without exception, know me to be extremely honest and trust me implicitly, and it is for this reason that providing references from people I have worked for and people I have had business dealings with, is not a problem and speak for themselves. As far as my work is concerned, both myself and my foreman, whom I have worked with since I was 16 years old, pride ourselves to our attention to detail in everything we do. I have been building properly since I was 16, and have extensive experience of all aspects of the building trade, from property maintenance to building new properties. Over the years, my personal skills have developed to a point where I am skilled in almost all of the different trades within the building trade.

Qualifications

31 Years Experience. I am 47 years old and was born and bred to the building trade. My father was a builder, my grandfather was a builder, and most of my extended family are builders. I have run my own firm for the past 27 years and have a good standing with all who know me and all who deal with me on a regular basis. Over the years I have built extensions, garages and loft conversions too numerous to number. I have also been involved with the building of 12 detached houses at different times, in association with other builders and have built 4 detached houses which were entirely my own projects. My knowledge of building regulations and the building trade in general is extensive. My firm carries £5m public liability insurance and can provide any potential customer with references from other customers and people I have had dealings with in the past. I run a straight forward, hardworking and HONEST firm.

  • Kitchen extension

    Martin and Colin recently built a single storey kitchen extension at a house we are renovating. On top of this a lot of structural work inside making a large open plan kitchen diner. Throughout they were both extremely helpful and work was completed to an extremely high standard. We both work away so couldn’t track progress but we were kept informed regularly and any changes or issues were highlighted straight away and then rectified. I would highly recommend them to anyone wishing to have similar work carried out. They also used there vast knowledge and experience to advise me and put me i touch with other tradesman.

    Martin and Colin were fantastic. Cant praise them enough. Considering they were delayed by 12 weeks due to Covid -19, they kept in touch throughout. All the way through the working time on site nothing was ever too much trouble, even when things changed throughout the build they were happy to chat through alterations and carry out the works with no issues. Fantastic service and real genuine blokes who know their trade.Would highly recommend. 10/10. Cheers guys, be asking you back when we convert the garage.:)

    Absolutely brilliant guys Martin and Colin showed me the process of my build down to a tee ,nothings to great or to small for them even got a kitchen planner round themselves .I made plans of layout to add more space to open plan kitchen come lounge and understairs toilet but they succeeded in redesigning layout and they were absolutely right to add more space than I intended TLC is amazing would recommend highly 101%
