I started roofing as soon as I left school I now have over 19 years experience in the roofing industry. I was employed for one of the major roofing companies around swindon for 8 years where I worked for most of the big house builders like persimmon,bovis, Taylor wimpy and so on. I was taught to do the job as neat and tidy as I possibly could and treat the roof like I was doing my own. Once I was Fully trained and passed my NVQ level 2 in roof tiling and slating i decided to go self employed and try and get my own work.
