    Ian, Mark's righthand man did the job and he was brilliant and very hardworking. Always on time and willing to explain everything, as well as patiently going through a long tick list of jobs. Despite us not living on the ground floor too, never complained about bringing materials up and down and waited in for deliveries which was so appreciated.

    Good with ideas as well but also explaining why something might not be able to work, rather than just fobbing us off. Mark was also good during a minor panic at explaining why something had been done the way it was. Really felt like great value for money and would highly recommend. We are very pleased with the finish and get lots of compliments on the kitchen.
