About MAF Plumbing
I haved worked for in the past for the big market players within the industry, such as Dolphin bathrooms, British gas, M power etc. So I am very aware of how not to treat customers.
I believe in a personal one to one working arrangement and in the out dated saying, "The customer is always correct" I actively strive for total customers satisfaction at all levels and pride myself on prompt, truthful, and workable timings.
I timetable around the customer, so evening and weekend work
is essential so as to accommodate the modern busy lifestyle we all lead.
I have worked in the past on such contracts as Grosvenor Hotel Park Lane London and the Houses of Parliament, So high standards are the Norm for me.
Since taking up teaching some four years ago, I realised that I "didn't know it all" in the complex and ever changing world of plumbing.
I am constantly learning and passing on all the new and future changes, to all aspects within the plumbing and heating industry.
