About LMDS Architectural Services

LMDS Architectural Services Ltd was set up by Lyndon Morgans and has been operating for over 15 years serving the residential market. Prior to this he had worked as a Technical Manager working for high end housing developers which include Berkeley Homes, Barratt Homes and Taylor Wimpey to name a few working in the technical department project running new housing development projects and providing Architectural design overseeing the projects to build complete.
With a passion for design and knowledge gained working in the housing construction industry Lyndon set up the business providing Architectural services to cater for the following:

- House Extensions
- Loft Conversions
- Garage Conversions
- Internal Remodeling
- New Build

Additional services also provided - project tendering & project management dependent on size of the project and client involvement.

We prepare and submit all relevant documentation for the local authority approval which include prior notice applications, planning or conservation applications and building control applications. The job is overseen from concept to build complete. LMDS can arrange for quotations from trusted builders they use should the client require recommendations.

Qualifications

Qualifications are :

ONC & HNC in Building Studies B- Tec certified
CIAT Member ( Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists) Profile Candidate

    Lyndon has been fantastic throughout, from his initial visit throught to keeping track of progress even though he had already been paid. He has been easy to get hold of and happy to answer even the most basic questions in detail.

    Lyndon was the 3rd architects I had come and discuss the project (1 recommendation and 2 from Mybuilder) and we shook hands (this was pre-Covid of course) after 20 mins or so, so says alot.
    Very patient and put up with numerous versions and changes of design, always responds in a timely manner and obviously very experienced. Will use for again in the future for phase 2 second floor extension

    Very good and reliable service. Lyndon was was very good at communicating and ensured every angle was explored. Drawings and application was a quick turnaround and accurate. Overall a very good experience.
