  • Restoration and refurb

    I hired LS Builders for restoration and refurbishment of my house. I was slightly apprehensive as it was my first experience hiring anyone for such a big job but I should not have been. Him and his men were highly professional. They were very punctual (and I do apologise for making you wait a couple of times), did an excellent job throughout. I never had to interfere in their jobs as once they knew what I wanted and expected, they got on with it. Having no building experience myself, Lakhvir was a life saver and gave very good advice. His standard of finish was much more than I expected (or paid for probably!) and my husband and I being very busy with our jobs, it was a relief to have someone as knowledgeable and professional who didn't need to be managed. What I really appreciated was that he was very upfront and honest about the time scale. He didn't give me any exaggerated time frame but told me exactly when he expected the jobs to be completed and true to form, he finished the job right on time! He came with his team and took care of absolutely everything: electric, plumbing and the rest. I was very impressed with the quality of the job and also how he left my house spotless, tidy and remove all the rubbish without having to say anything. Thank you for your hard work and I look forward to hiring you for my loft conversion next year!

    Excellent job, outstanding finish and very fairly priced quote.

    I hired Lakhvir and his team to do a loft conversion at my property. He was very knowledgeable and I was impressed with his honest, clear and concise attitude towards the job. He gave me the best advice. Once hired, he started right away and was prompt and punctual. He worked within the scheduled time he proposed. I appreciated the fact that he was a no-nonsense guy with a very strong work ethic. In regards to the job done, I am incredibly pleased. He was open to my questions and that was reassuring. His attention and care to detail meant that I never had to take time from my schedule to manage him and his team. He handled all issues relating to the job competently which meant no hassle for me. The end product was spectacular, he did the job within the time and money allocated and it was without fuss and problems. Very highly recommended.
