About LP Services
I started working for a local company when I was 12 years old on weekends and days off. Carpentry come naturally to me. My first job was at a joiners in Wolverhampton. Whilst doing this I got my City & Guilds qualifications, then I got a job fitting out narrow boats.
My next job was contracting to a company who did shopfitting, refurbishments, and maintenance for various companies ie: Banks Brewery, fire service, South Staffs housing, Locost supermarkets and Safeway supermarkets.
Then I setup LP Services. My first contract was with South Staffs housing doing disabled adaptions and kitchens but I left due to a lack of government funding. Then went into loft conversions, and between lofts I do kitchen refurbishments.
I have also put a young lad through college to obtain his City & Guilds in carpentry. I have plenty of photographs of work I've done and letters/ cards off customers thanking me for the work. So far in 2015 I've fitted 3 kitchens, built a small extension, refurbished a big bay window in a conservation area, built and fitted out 3 childrens' bedrooms for a client, fitted 2 bathrooms ( fully tilled), Built a bench of remembrance, fitted a fair few internal doors and a couple of canopies.
I'm a good all-rounder with a great knowledge of the building trade.
